Happy birthday to me!

The Lord is giving me the opportunity to spend my 25th birthday serving a refugee population smack dab in the middle of the 10/40 window.
​
The 10/40 window is a chunk of the earth (between the 10th and 40th degrees north of the equator) where 2/3rds of the population lives. The country we are serving in is home to over 2 million Muslim refugees from the surrounding areas.
​
These people depend on humanitarian aid to survive every day, and our team is excited to bring hope and healing through medicine and a conversation about Jesus as our ultimate Healer.
​
As we prepare for this trip, we would love prayers that the country continues to remain safe and open as well as prayers for all our teammates as we prepare.

This trip will be serving in the Middle East and partnering with a ministry that is serving the underprivileged in the area. They are specifically caring for 4,000 families a month. There are over 2.5 million refugees in this area. This area is also experiencing an economic crisis, a lack of government leadership, and local disasters. They have 2 main areas of ministry. We will be running our medical and dental clinic in one of these ministry centers which is designed to host medical teams.
